We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Each item is handmade or hand-packed with care. During busy periods or new product launches, processing times may take slightly longer.
Shipping Rates and Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

We currently ship within the United States and offer international shipping to select countries.

All orders are shipped with tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times

U.S. Orders: Typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

International Orders: Usually arrive within 2–4 weeks, depending on customs and destination.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and cannot be guaranteed once the package is with the carrier.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or customs services.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable).

Replacements or refunds will only be considered for items lost or damaged during shipping.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Returns and Exchanges
